Welcome to Maison de Charme La Vallade, where you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday in beautiful surroundings!

The 159m2 maison consists of two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, a stylish living room, a cozy dining room, a nice kitchen, a utility room with washing machine and a separate toilet. There is also WiFi via fiber optic. There is also a very large garden all around with a beautiful view over the hilly landscape of the Creuse.

You can use the swimming pool and all other facilities, such as (in the high season July & August): bread service, communal meal, yoga, workshops and a Sensi Therapy treatment from Marike at our Minicamping in Quéraud, less than 900 meters away.

The Living Room

The living room (22 m2) has a nice 3-seater sofa and three armchairs. There is also a wood stove and electric heating for the colder evenings in spring and autumn. It has a beautiful wooden floor.

The Dining Room

The dining room (20 m2) is located at the front of the house and has a large table with six chairs, a china cupboard and an attractive fireplace. It is linked to the kitchen, which is cozy when cooking.

The Kitchen

The cozy kitchen (17 m2) is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with large freezer, microwave, sandwich maker, Nespresso machine, Senseo machine, toaster, gas stove with gas oven and much more. It is fully equipped. It overlooks the large garden where sheep regularly live.

The Birds Room

This room (17 m2) has a double bed of 160x 200 cm. It has nice duvets (two single) and pillows. Furthermore, it has a beautiful view over the landscape with the horses and cows. The sun rises on this side, so it is wonderful to wake up in this room.

The Sheep Room

This bedroom (14 m2) has a bed of 180x 200 cm who can also be divided in two separate beds. It has two bedside tables plus lamps, a linen cupboard and clothes rack with hanging and shelving area. This room also has beautiful views over the garden with sheep and donkeys.

The Ensuite Room

This room (20 m2) is the largest of them all and has a bed of 180 x 200 cm, which can also be placed as two single beds. It has two bedside tables, lamps, a sitting area and a clothes rack with hanging space and shelves.

This room has an adjoining private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and also offers a beautiful view of the landscape. You will wake up wonderfully relaxed in this room with the rising sun.

The Bathroom

The bathroom has a freestanding bath, a large shower, a sink and toilet. You look out over the large garden with sheep.

The Garden

The 6000m2 garden has beautiful views over the hills and the village of Ars. There are usually sheep in one part of the garden (separated with an electric fence), which is very pleasant, because they greet you with great enthusiasm every day. The garden has two large dining tables with chairs and several cozy seating areas. There is also a BBQ available. This holiday home has free private parking (carport and in front of the house) and is located in an area popular for walking, cycling (electrically recommended) and fishing.

From the site you have a view of all kinds of animals on the neighbor's large piece of land, which has donkeys, cows and sheep.
